    Terms of Service

The rules for using Perfect Demo — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

    Last updated: 13 July 2026

    Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Perfect Demo — this website, the app, and the demo videos it produces. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Perfect Demo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that company.

    Your account

You need an account to use Perfect Demo. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

    Plans, limits and billing

Perfect Demo is offered on several plans. Each plan sets how many recording minutes you get in a billing month, and how long any single recording can be:

    • Free — 5 minutes of recording per month, up to 5 minutes per recording, at no cost.
    • Pro — 50 minutes of recording per month, up to 10 minutes per recording, at $40 per month.
    • Enterprise — 150 minutes of recording per month, up to 10 minutes per recording, at $100 per month.
    • Custom — recording minutes and per-recording limits agreed with you directly.

Recording minutes reset at the start of each billing month and do not roll over. Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually; choosing annual billing applies a 20% discount against the equivalent monthly price, charged up front for the year.

Fees are charged in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change our prices, but we will give you notice before a change affects a renewal.

    Your content

Your recordings, and the demo videos generated from them, belong to you. We claim no ownership over them.

To operate the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and modify your recordings — analysing the footage, transcribing the audio, rewriting the script, generating narration, and producing the finished video. This licence exists only so that we can deliver the product to you, and it ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You are responsible for what you record. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so, and that the recording does not infringe anyone else's rights or expose information you are not permitted to share.

    Acceptable use

You agree not to use Perfect Demo to:

    • Upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
    • Create material that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or designed to impersonate another person or organisation.
    • Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its underlying systems.
    • Resell or redistribute the service itself, or circumvent the recording limits attached to your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

    AI-generated output

Perfect Demo uses automated systems to edit your footage and to write and voice narration. Automated systems make mistakes: a script may be reworded in a way you did not intend, and an edit may cut something you wanted kept.

You are responsible for reviewing your finished demo before you publish or send it. We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

    Our intellectual property

Perfect Demo — the software, the site, the branding, and everything we have built to run it — remains ours. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it.

    Availability and changes

We work to keep Perfect Demo running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may impose new limits where we need to protect the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

    Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfect Demo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

    Termination

You can stop using Perfect Demo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you would expose us or our users to risk.

When an account is closed, the content in it may be deleted. Export anything you want to keep before you close it.

    Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perfect Demo is established, and any dispute arising out of them will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you directly. Continuing to use Perfect Demo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
